Heidi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been working with adults and couples on relationship issues, anxiety, and depression for over 10 years since she started her training in 2012. Her specialty is personal empowerment work, as she strongly believes that solid relationships are formed from solid individuals. Heidi is based in San Diego, and offers online counseling sessions across California, and coaching sessions across the country.
