Ambivalence-Coaching Program
A 6-week program coaching and providing clarity for those asking themselves the question “should I stay or should I go?” This program engages you in identifying what you really want in a relationship through the use of an assessment tool that’s designed to guide you through answering this difficult question. Through this tool and weekly sessions with our relationship coach, you will discuss the pro’s and con’s list for this relationship to ensure you make the best decision for life.
Couples-Coaching Program
A 12-week program that is designed to help couples grow closer through identifying and setting goals for their relationship. Using our ‘relationship assessment’ and ‘communication map’ as tools, couples engage in the process of co-creating happiness and fulfillment together. This program helps partners find each other again and start growing together instead of apart. It includes exercises between weekly sessions to build connection and prepare you for when life throws curves balls at you.
Unlimited-Coaching Program
This program is only offered to our existing clients, who have already gone through at least one of our programs, and now want the convenience of connecting with our relationship coach any time needed. It offers one year of unlimited coaching, either by appointment or through texting. Imagine having your questions answered by a professional coach anytime and every time you need.
